    I know that body is from a DcuClassic figure from a few years back, so at most this is a head swap

      Actually, that is a full head sculpt over a hobbit base, and the body was originally
      Kid Flash painted to look like the ocean camo Aquaman as Arthur Jr. appeared in Brave and the Bold.
