    nope, thats a member of the blood angles death company: when space marines become crazier than chaos space marines.

    This scene would make sense even with a sane Space Marine. One of the special organs that is implanted into a Space Marine is the Omophagea - which allows him to gain part of a creature's knowledge and experiences by eating its flesh.
    Superb piece that tells a story.
